Holy Cow(s)!!

Here are our new pets, Daisy and Molly. No, this is no joke. We now own two cows who live at Loesje's place and keep her grass down. he he he We plan to start breeding them and increasing the "herd" if you can call two cows a herd ;)

Happy Couch

I've finished the couch cover, just waiting on a zipper for the bottom (my mum has a stash of long zippers so I have to wait till I visit her next). I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

The biggest challenge was lining up the pattern which turned out ok. I haven't overlocked it either which I really will need to do to avoid split seams.

Anyway, Hannah seems to like how it turned

out so all is well. :)

New Family Member

Here is our new family member. He hasn't got a name yet, Hannah just calls him Little Kissah.

Bathroom is Finally Finished!!

Paul has finished the bathroom after quite a few obstacles and mishaps. I Love it, it looks so clean and nice. Shower screen will be installed in a couple of weeks. Woohooooooo!!!! :)

Library Bag

I got a bit side-tracked from the couch cover today and made Hannah's library bag for pre-school. It's just a simple applique of her name using the couch material, but it looks cute. Thanks to Jade for the inspiration (she made Hannah a singlet with a "h" for christmas).

Sewing

One of the things on my to-do-list for ages has been to make a new cover for Hannah's little couch which was really getting ratty. So out with the Care Bears and in with some new funky fabric.

It's proving to be a bit of a puzzle but I'm sure I'll get it right after a few goes!
