Week 2 was pretty smooth. My knees are quite good and I have been trying to stretch properly before and after the run so it seems to be working. Week 3 starts on wednesday and the plan for week three is:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then do two repetitions of the following:
Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
Walk 400 yards (or three minutes)
I know I have some sort of dedication as I ran is the rain this morning and was quite happy to do it. Who knew?!!

miss, i'd like to say i'll join you but i'm wiped out by the time i get home. when things settle down a bit, i might try and do lunchtime runs.
